Credit/Debit card payments can only be accepted below. To pay by check, mail your payment to First Class Real Estate School, 608 Columbia Av, Green Bay, WI 54303. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund minus a $25 processing fee will be made if you cancel no later than 8 days prior to the class. A full refund minus the $100 deposit will be made if you cancel in the last week of the class. In the event that First Class Real Estate School cancels the class a full refund will be made to all students who themselves have not cancelled.
If you are not paying in full- a minimum deposit of $100 is required no later than one week prior to the class and is payable by check to the address above. The balance is due the first day of class and must be made by cash or check.
